The kitchen is fitted with gas and electrical appliances and steam cookers,electric bakery. Our institute grows own vegetables, jowar and wheat and our dairy supplies enough milk to meet the requirements of the kitchen & hostel.
A balanced nutritious vegetarian diet is provided to all the students. Breakfast, lunch, evening tiffin with milk, fruits and dinner are provided. Chapati, roti,2 varities of bhajis, rice, sambar and butter milk make the diet. Care is taken to avoid wastage of food on the dining hall. No special diet is allowed except on medical advice.
